Refunds & Cancellations

REFUNDS

If a product arrives damaged or flawed as a result of manufacturing error, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's condition to receive a reshipment or full refund. Any claims must be submitted within 60 days of receipt of the item(s).

 

Flower Bud Creations is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. Should this occur, please contact USPS and create a claim for loss or damage. Keep in mind evidence is required. Read through the USPS claim filing policy to ensure the claim is submitted correctly with all other required supporting documentation. Contact USPS at the information below to file a claim:

By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to your address.

CANCELLATIONS

If an order has not yet been packaged and the shipping label has not been printed, it can be cancelled without issue. If the order has already been packaged and shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Please reach out to Flower Bud Creations with any concerns with your order number.
